Hui Fang helps people stay well, away from pain!
Hui Fang plays the role of introducing individuals to the wonders of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through simple and easy hands-on activities. She envisions individuals starting their self-care journey early to stay healthy.
Since 2006, she has been providing self-care, wellness programs for corporate clients, seniors and community events.
She believes pain can be prevented. She was the caregiver to her late father who left due to cancer. She does not wish to see more families go through the loss of loved ones due to illnesses. Hui Fang believes pain can be prevented.

I was a caregiver. Are you one?
Being a caregiver, whether by choice or circumstances, is a beautiful journey. It can also be lonely, tiring and daunting at times.
I always prioritise superman papa’s medical and treatment appointments a before my own commitments then. Making sure he is happy was my priority. My income generating ability was affected. I was angry when family members took me for granted and expected me as primary caregiver to take care of everything. I learned to communicate my needs to my family members. This brought the family closer and I became a better caregiver.

My greatest comfort from my caregiving journey was my late father telling my friend who visited him “Hui Fang took very good care of me.”
