Convenient nutrition: simple herbal tea for mood management and better sleep
Exercise: simple qigong exercise for mood management
Bring along your own massage tools (e.g. guasha board) and carrier oil (e.g. Jojoba oil, Grapeseed oil, etc) which is suitable for body massage.
