Let’s slow down for for a quick 30 minutes self-care session.
Acupressure: acupressure massage for stomach issues (constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, IBS etc)
Convenient nutrition: simple herbal tea to improve digestion
Exercise: simple qigong exercise to strengthen our gut
Bring along your own massage tools (e.g. guasha board) and carrier oil (e.g. Jojoba oil, Grapeseed oil, etc) which is suitable for body massage.
