Whenever late superman papa goes for his treatment or medical appoitnments, he is tired from the waiting to see doctor and of course the chemotherapy & various treatment..
I was tired from running around the various stations to register, pharmacy, payment etc while he waits somewhere playing his suduko.

Simple self-care to relieve my fatigue:
Massage at these areas.
Bai Hui is a multi purpose point. We gently tap to relieve fatigue.
We massage gently when we want better rest.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), kidney is like our power station. We can massage at our lower back where our kidneys are to relieve fatigue. Do note there is no ribcage at that area to protect our kidneys, do not use too much pressure when massaging this area.
In TCM, our ears are linked to our kidneys (power station). Rubbing our ears helps. At the same time, there are many reflex zones at our ears. Massaging our eyes is a great way to self-care for the whole body!
A simple hot dang shen tea is my usual go to tea when I feel tired.
Just grab some dang shen into a cup, add hot water.
I usually add more hot water for 2 – 3 times.
As mentioned earlier, kidney is our power station. Strengthening our kidneys helps to relieve fatigue too. I practise ba duan jin 八段锦 2-3 times a week.
